      ZioApps is a private application suite for personal use only. Access is restricted to the application owner and explicitly authorised users. It is not a public service.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZioApps, you acknowledge that you have been granted access by the application owner and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

2. Description of Service

ZioApps is a private suite of applications for managing personal data. It is developed, operated, and maintained by the application owner for personal and private use. ZioApps is not a commercial product, is not publicly available, and is not offered as a service to the general public.

3. Authorised Access

Access to ZioApps is granted solely at the discretion of the application owner. Only the owner and users who have been explicitly authorised may use the application. Unauthorised access is prohibited.

The application owner reserves the right to revoke access to any user at any time and for any reason.

4. User Responsibilities

Authorised users agree to:

Use ZioApps only for its intended purpose of personal data management
Keep any login credentials or access tokens secure and confidential
Not attempt to access data belonging to other users
Not use ZioApps for any unlawful or malicious purpose
Not redistribute, sublicense, or share access to ZioApps with others

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and content comprising ZioApps is the property of the application owner. Authorised users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the application for its intended purpose only.

6. Third-Party Services

ZioApps may integrate with third-party services and APIs (such as Google APIs) to provide functionality. Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms of service and policies. The application owner is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

7. Data & Privacy

The handling of user data is governed by the ZioApps Privacy Policy. By using ZioApps, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in that policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZioApps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The application owner makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the application. Use of ZioApps is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use ZioApps, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

10. Modifications

The application owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ZioApps (or any part of it) at any time without notice. These Terms of Service may also be updated at any time; continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
